Vestibular Therapy

Stop the spinning.
Restore your stability.

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy for dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders — retraining your inner ear and brain to work together and get you back to steady, confident movement.

What We Do

Targeted therapy that treats the source of your dizziness.

Dizziness and vertigo come from specific disorders of the vestibular system — the inner ear and its connections to the brain. We identify the exact disorder and apply the precise treatment that resolves it.

Vestibular Diagnostic Assessment

We evaluate your inner ear function, eye movements, gait, and balance to pinpoint which vestibular disorder is causing your symptoms — before we treat anything.

BPPV Repositioning Maneuvers

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo responds to specific hands-on repositioning maneuvers — Epley, Semont, and others — often resolving in just one to three sessions.

Habituation & Gaze Stabilization

For chronic vestibular dysfunction, we use progressive habituation exercises and gaze stabilization training to retrain the brain to compensate and restore clear, steady vision during movement.

Why It Matters

Dizziness is among the most common reasons adults visit their doctor — and most cases are fully treatable.

Vestibular disorders respond exceptionally well to targeted physical therapy. The key is an accurate diagnosis first — then the right treatment applied with precision. We do both.

Conditions Treated

Vestibular conditions we treat.

From the most common (BPPV) to the most complex (TBI-related dizziness), we have the training to help.

BPPV

Crystals displaced in the inner ear causing intense, brief vertigo with position changes.

Vestibular Neuritis

Inner ear nerve inflammation causing sudden onset dizziness and balance loss.

Labyrinthitis

Inner ear infection causing vertigo, hearing changes, and imbalance.

Post-Concussion Dizziness

Vestibular and cervical dysfunction following a concussion or TBI.

Migraine-Associated Vertigo

Vestibular migraine causing episodes of dizziness, visual disturbance, and motion sensitivity.

Neck-Related Vertigo

Cervicogenic dizziness arising from the upper cervical spine — often missed elsewhere.

Our Process

From assessment to steady ground.

1

Vestibular Evaluation

We assess inner ear function, ocular motor control, gait, and balance — establishing exactly which disorder is present and how severe it is.

2

BPPV Treatment (when applicable)

If BPPV is present, repositioning maneuvers begin immediately — many patients leave the first session with significant relief.

3

Adaptation & Habituation Exercises

Progressive vestibular exercises retrain the brain to compensate for inner ear changes and stabilize your sense of motion.

4

Balance Retraining & Return to Activity

Functional balance training translates your vestibular gains into confident, steady movement in everyday life.
